Hi, my name is Dallin. I’ve been expanding my skill in and portfolio of jack’o’lanterns for over a decade, and I built this website to serve primarily as a gallery of what I and some friends have created. I also receive frequent requests to create resources to help others learn how to make the style of jack’o’lanterns that I do, so this site will also host those tools as I develop them.
Planned Development Timeline for 2026
- Replace placeholders (09/18/2026) — The site is relatively new and hosts a large backlog of carvings we’ve done over the years. Many Carving, Blog, and Video entries contain placeholder text, images, or videos which will be updated or removed.
- Publish first tutorial video (09/30/2026) — The first tutorial video giving an overview of jack’o’lantern types and creation methods will be published.
- New carving entries to be added (09/25/2026 - 10/31/2026) — A variety of new jack’o’lantern designs, photos, and stencils will be added this Halloween season.
- Publish second tutorial video (10/31/2026) — A new tutorial video will be published outlining my process for creating stencils.
